The management has years of experience in the US short term lending industry and sought to disrupt what is essentially an antiquated industry as far as loan management software is concerned. With a sector currently worth $46bn per year they decided to formulate a strategy to create a secure versatile and highly profitable short term CSO platform. The team has developed proprietary software which has become a pioneering lead assessment, CRM and loan management system. FFM's Loan management system is currently regarded as one of the best fintech solutions in the US short-term lending space handling thousands of Loans in the state of Texas.

Florida Financial Management LLC, is based in Sarasota on the gulf coast of Florida we trade as www.lendadollar.com and are licensed Credit Service Organization (CSO) operating in the State of Texas. Being licensed means we adhere to the states strict rules and guidelines that enable us to carry out our business in a professional and regulated manner. Being a Fintech based CSO enables us to stand out from a large number of our peers and provide a streamlined and efficient service to our clients and partners.

We have a vast array of expertise within our team as well as international diversity, with offices and Staff in USA, Poland, Spain and UK.

Although we currently only operate in Texas and Florida, we have plans to expand into several new states in 2022.

MEET THE TEAM

CEO

Walter begun his professional career at the age of 20, taking control of his family owned construction company. He expanded the business to over 500 employees and moved it into the hospitality and entertainment industry.

Holding a degree from Glasgow (Caledonian) University and with decades of experience in hedge fund management, Walter currently splits his time between Sarasota, FL, Europe and UAE. He is the founder of Florida Financial Management, LLC, serving as a CEO since its inception in 2018.

VP OF OPERATIONS

James played a key role in the launch of Florida Financial Management by securing required licenses and implementing compliance management systems.

In addition, James supports the business with negotiating contracts and commercial transactions and assisting with regulatory compliance issues. With his strong background in business, he is recognized for driving our Sarasota, Florida Office forwards on New Loan Acquisition, Underwriting, Customer Service and Collections whilst mitigating business risk.

COLLECTIONS MANAGER

Stacie runs the Collections Department for our Lend a Dollar portfolio, where she is responsible for ensuring maximum payment collection. She also observes and reviews the interactions between the staff members and clients to ensure that collection procedures are carried out in accordance with company policies, regulations, and State laws.

In addition, Stacie also works closely with Debt Consolidation Organizations to negotiate settlement and future payment plan arrangements on behalf of the company, as well as working with third party card vendors resolving any payment disputes.

LOANS MANAGER

Tristan comes from a background in the retail industry where he excelled in various management positions, including Store Manager. The skillset he brings to Florida Financial Management LLC, is evident in his Customer Service, Team Management, Compliance, and financial acumen.

By working with the Loans Department, Tristan also provides further growth to employees through training, an open-door policy, and helping share his expertise in the Short-Term Lending industry.
